POINTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Earn 1 point at the customer service for every Yuan spent in Florentia Village shops.

Redeem gifts and advantages in the shops.

Points will be accumulated starting from the day the membership card is activated.

If any products are returned, cardholders will have to visit the Customer Service Center to deduct relative points before being refunded.

Points cannot be redeemed directly for cash.

Points cannot be redeemed cumulatively from different cards.

Members can check their personal profiles and points by visiting Florentia Village's WeChat official service account or at Florentia Village customer service.

Points may be redeemed while seasonal promotions apply. Please check our official website for more details.

POINTS ACCUMULATION & ADJUSTMENT

Members can visit the Customer Service Center to collect their points on the same day of the purchase, presenting their e-card or card and receipt. Points cannot be collected again if they have already been collected in a shop.

You can collect points at the Customer Service Center only once a day.

POINTS VALIDITY AND EXPIRATION

Your points are valid for 1 year, from January 1st to December 31st. Upon expiration, all points will be removed.
