Once the E-card holders are eligible for membership upgrades, Florentia Village system upgrades their membership level automatically. As the Gold card is the highest-level membership card.
Once the card holders are eligible for membership upgrades, Florentia Village welcomes members to visit our Customer Service Centers with the valid receipts to have their membership upgraded. As the Gold card is the highest-level membership card.
When the upgrade is complete, the old card will be retrieved and the points and personal information in the old card will be automatically saved onto the new card.



For this year gold card member, spend more than 50,000 yuan at Florentia Village in mainland China (or more than 50,000 HKD at Florentia Village in Hong Kong), or accumulate over 50,000 loyalty points before the end of this year, can keep the gold card member at the following year.
Spend in between 10,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan at Florentia Village in mainland China (or in between 10,000 HKD to 50,000 HKD at Florentia Village in Hong Kong), or accumulate in between 10,000 to 50,000 loyalty points, will be downgrade to silver card member at the following year.
Spend less than 10,000 yuan at Florentia Village in mainland China (or less than 10,000 HKD at Florentia Village in Hong Kong), or accumulate less than 10,000 loyalty points, will be downgrade to blue card member at the following year.

For this year silver card member, spend in between 10,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan at Florentia Village in mainland China (or in between 10,000 HKD to 50,000 HKD at Florentia Village in Hong Kong), or accumulate in between 10,000 to 50,000 loyalty points, can keep the silver card member at the following year.
Spend less than 10,000 yuan at Florentia Village in mainland China (or less than 10,000 HKD at Florentia Village in Hong Kong), or accumulate less than 10,000 loyalty points, will be downgrade to blue card member at the following year.

For blue card member, will not be downgrade.

For the above member tier evaluation, will be effective on the Jan 1st of the next year.

Do I have to fill in all the information?
Fields marked * are required items, including name, card number, ID card number, birthday, gender, address, phone number and Email. It is critical to provide complete information to receive full member benefits.
What are the current member's benefits?
Members at different level are entitled to different membership privileges offered by Florentia Village Prestige members program. For rights and interests of members at different levels, please see the webpage of "Member Club" of the website (www.florentiavillage.com/membership).
When does the points for gifts event start?
Please follow Florentia Village Service Account on wechat or the website for details on the official announcements about points for gifts event.
How to replace a card if my membership card is lost or degaussed?
Your membership card will be valid immediately once the card is issued.
If the physical card is damaged or lost, please visit the Customer Service Center to provide your personal information and have a new Card or e-card issued.
Once your new card or e-card is issued, the old card will not be valid anymore and all points will be transferred to the new card/e-card. The validity period will remain the same as the old card.
If your card is lost or stolen, you must report it to the Customer Service Center. Your new card or e-card will be issued once your personal information is confirmed.
If you need to change your personal information, please visit Florentia Village's WeChat official service account to change the data on your personal e-card or go to the Customer Service Center for your physical card.
How to apply for membership card upgrade?
The Florentia Village has three membership cards, which are blue card, silver card and gold card. Blue card can be applied for when one day's purchases reaches HKD 700; it can be upgraded to a silver card if the purchases reach HKD 10,000 within two months; silver cards can be upgraded to gold cards if the purchases reach HKD 50,000 within five months.
