GOLD
The card holder can use the VIP room with a companion
ALL MEMBER BENEFITS
for free. If the member brings more than one
companion, the extra persons can be admitted by
deducting points from the membership card.
On weekdays, it is 200 points/ person; on weekends,
it is 500 points/ person.
Platinum card has the same brand privileges and interests as gold cardSILVER

VIP LOUNGE RULES
Each card holder can bring two companions at most (in addition to the card holder)

Please show your membership card at the VIP room entrance. If you forget to bring your membership card, you need to provide your valid ID card and cell phone number.

Please don't bring outside food into the VIP room.

Children below 12y with the company of the member can be admitted to the VIP for free.

Please don't take the food in the VIP room or any stuff at Florentia Village out of VIP room.

Each VIP guest can stay for two hours at most in order to make sure all Florentia Village VIPs can use the cozy space.

In terms of safety concerns, if the number of VIP guests exceeds a limited number, flow control will be implemented at the entrance. VIP guests can leave their phone numbersso that the service personnel can contact them as soon as there is a vacancy in the room.

To maintain a quiet and comfortable environment, smoking, card playing, talking loud and changing diapers is forbidden in VIP room.
