In 2013, AUM was officially merged into Shenzhen Marisfrolg Fashion Clothing Co., Ltd, which is a Chinese operating group for high-end female fashion brands. Therefore, Shenzhen Marisfrolg AUM Clothing Co., Ltd was founded to become a designer brand company with independent operations.

The sales network of AUM reaches the popular business districts of China’s first-tier cities, and the positive market performances led to the establishment of Macao office in 2015, which marked the milestone of entering the international market.
